What is your Return/Cancellation policy?

  • We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase & have done our best to describe our products through pictures & words so that you are thrilled when you get your it.
  • However, if you are not completely delighted with your chosen art, please email me for the return shipping address. 
  • You must return the product in "as-new" condition with a copy of your receipt.
  • Please insure the package as I cannot be responsible for the loss of or damage to items during return shipping.
  • When we receive your package, we will issue your refund through the method by which you paid, minus shipping and credit card processing fees (about 3%).

Is there a time limit to the return?

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if my jewelry breaks while I am wearing it?

  • Stuff happens, things slip, some break, some do not.  Please contact us if your jewelry should in some way "mal-function".  We will do our best to "fix" the problem but will make no promises outside of the 30 day window.  Just don't throw it away - it never hurts to ask.

Can I cancel an order that I have not received?

  • If you choose to cancel your order prior to shipment, your only cost will be credit card/transaction fees associated with processing your order. If no fees have been charged, you will not be charged and I will cancel your order.
