- How do I buy from
your site?

It is very easy ... click the "Add to Cart" button for each item you
would like to buy & then safely check out using PayPal.

Once you have paid, I will be notified & I will ship your selections to
you.

I do not offer lay-away. If you have received an invoice but delay
payment beyond 4 days, your items will be placed back into inventory.
If it is during a holiday season, payment must be made within 2 days.

- Do I have to buy right away?
- There is absolutely no pressure to purchase. However, please be
aware that everything you see on our website is hand crafted &
one-of-a-kind. If someone else decides to purchase that item
before you, it is gone. We will make every effort to find a
similar item but again, one-of-a-kind is one-of-a-kind.

- Is PayPal safe?
- Yes. However always use caution when purchasing anything over the
internet.
PayPal protects you as you do not reveal your credit card or personal
information to anyone other than PayPal.
- Do I need to have a
PayPal account to buy from you?

No although having a PayPal account is handy. You would simply pay
by credit card.

- Can I pick up my order instead of having it
shipped?

Please contact me via email to see if pick up makes
sense for both of us.

Do you charge tax & why?
Yes, I do charge tax if the item is purchased in the State of
Georgia. If I ship out of state, I do not charge tax.
Why? Since I am a legitimate business & pay the State of Georgia
what it is owed. Plus, I prefer my nice home vs. a jail cell.
- Can I cancel my order?
- Our goal is to make you happy.
If you haven't paid for your items, please send me an email & I will
cancel your order. If you have paid for your items & I haven't shipped your order yet, then simply
email me
to have your order
cancelled. I will refund your money minus the credit card processing
fees that I am charged. If it's shipped already, you can
return it
for a refund of the purchase price minus processing fees.
- Can I change my order?

If
you have not paid for your order, then simply email us to change your order.
If you have paid for your order but it has not shipped, we can work out
the details of the change. If it gets too complicated, we can
cancel the one order & begin again but understand that there may be some
fees that I am charged which I will pass on to you.

- Can I change my shipping address after I
order?

I would be happy to work with you on that detail. If the order
hasn't shipped, send me an email & we'll send the package where you want
it to go (within reason, of course!).

- Can I switch to a different credit card after I
order?

PayPal does not allow the swapping of credit cards. If you wish to pay with a
different card, your order must be cancelled (prior to shipment) or
returned (already shipped) and you can place a new one. Please be
aware that returning an order will incur additional charges.
My Credit Card was declined, what do I do?
PayPal will notify you if your card does not work. You may use
another card or work out the details with your credit card company.
I would prefer to send you a check, is that
possible?
Yes, please send me an email stating your intent. I will place the
items you wish to purchase "on hold" for 7 days to allow the mail
to deliver your check. If it is a holiday season, I reserve the
right to cancel this policy due to limited supply & a lot of demand.
I will ship after your check clears. Please, no exceptions.
If immediate shipping is required, please use a credit or debit card
through PayPal.
- How soon will I get my glass?
- We will attempt to ship within 2 days of purchase confirmation (i.e.
payment).
- Allow normal mail to take 4-7 days, depending upon where you live in
relation to Georgia.
- If you have selected an item that requires custom packaging or special
shipping arrangements, we will communicate by email or phone to finalize
details.

- How do you ship?
- I will ship by US Mail, either First Class or Priority.

- How long will my order take to get to me?

This totally depends upon the time of year but the mail is
between 2-5 days, sometimes longer.

- How much will it cost?

I will do my best to find the most economical method of
mailing. Each piece of jewelry will be carefully wrapped in bubble
wrap & cardboard. Consider purchasing multiple items or buy with a friend to share the
shipping expense.
