Loraine works closely with each client to create a quality custom work of art based on what you, the client, want.  Feedback & critique of designs are part of the process & welcome. 

Do you have an image or theme for your art?  specific colors? a certain look?  Loraine uses professional glass design/drawing software which helps to create the art, fill it with different glass to give you a visual representation of the final product.   Want to change something in the design?  No problem.  Custom means specific to what you want, the way you want it (of course, Loraine will make sure that it is structurally sound according to the nature of glass)... 

On a personal note, Loraine has been married for over 25 years to Steve York, has three beautiful, talented, intelligent & wonderful children (oops, that's a mom bragging on her kids...), dogs Walter & Lola and a parrot named Norton.  After working for 25 years as a sales woman in the computer graphics / computer networking industry, she left that field to pursue her love of glass.  When not busy in her studio, she leads a Ladies Bible study, teaches 6-8 grade Sunday School at her local church, works part-time for an educational internet software game developer and when time permits, will name her dust bunnies that like to meet under her furniture.  She & Steve have renovated 14 homes during their marriage & have still remained friends!
